As part of our initiative to support entrepreneurs, startups and business owners – we actively put on and seek out the best local events for entrepreneurs.
“You don't know what you don't know until you know it”
Events serve to educate and support entrepreneurs through their startup Journey. Any experienced entrepreneur knows that it can often be a long and lonely road to success, this coupled with the need to perform roles outside of your area of expertise can lead to an overall daunting and difficult experience.
Coming along to events ensures that you are up to date with current trends across various industries, meeting people in similar circumstances and also taking advantage of opportunities that can go a long way to helping your business.
Join us at our next event and find out what it is all about. Very rarely is it a waste of time, so if you haven't already RSVP to the next one!
Hope to see you there!

About the Speakers
Audrey Khaing-JonesCo-Founder & COO,
Audrey is the Co-founder & COO of GlamCorner – Australia’s largest online designer fashion rental business. In 2012, Audrey and her husband Dean set out on a mission to revolutionise the way Australian women think about their wardrobes by harnessing the power of the sharing economy to provide a platform that allowed their customers to borrow clothing on-demand and simply return it after use. The company they built now employs over 60 people and processes over 30 tonnes of shared clothing per month.
Originally from the UK, I’m a passionate convert to life in Australia. Before joining AirTree, I invested in early and growth stage FinTech startups at NAB Ventures. Before that, I was Chief of Staff at Series A startup Kalo, based in London and San Francisco, where I worked with the CEO on strategy, go to market, and operations.
I started my career on the trading floor as a VP in Equity Derivatives at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup, and graduated from Cambridge University. I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days with the most ambitious founders and play a part in helping them endure the hard days, make their bold ideas a reality and scale.
